The location of Henn Na Hotel was perfect for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. The check-out process was quick and hassle-free, and the fast Wi-Fi was a big bonus. I also appreciated having an LG styler in the room for disinfecting clothes.

The location is super convenient, with both the metro and JR line stations just a few minutes walk away. It's also great that the hotel provides a free 4G phone to use , making it easy to navigate the city and find important information online. Plus, the staff on duty, especially Fujimori-san, were really professional and helpful.

Luggage storage in foyer, even during crowded times. Close to JR and metro station, easy access to major attractions. Great food options without long queues. Comfortable beds with a futon-like feel. Excellent service by hotel staff, going above and beyond to assist. Unique check-in experience with robots. Best chai in Tokyo at Ganga.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with two subway stations nearby, making it convenient for exploring the city. there were plenty of small restaurants and a convenient store in close proximity, great for grabbing quick meals or snacks. The hotel facilities were really good, with a clean and modern room that even had a Chromecast to connect our phones to the TV. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and respectful. We were especially impressed when the hotel manager were great too ensure our smooth transfer to Osaka, even personally assisting with our luggage. The hospitality we experienced here was excellent.

Convenient access to Haneda airport.
